China Life MPF IVRS Services will be ceased with effect from 1 December 2021. For enquiries, members may call the MPF hotline at 3999 555.
Through series of services provided by China Life MPF, including this website, online account and mobile apps “China Life MPF”, members can also enjoy more comprehensive functions and obtain information anytime, anywhere. Functions and information include checking balance and gain/loss, checking contribution history, checking and changing investment choice, downloading statements and forms, etc. Visualized interface also provides better user experience and assists members to manage their MPF at ease.
