Update Mobile No. and Email Address to Prepare for Two-Factor Authentication Login Method of MPF Online Account
China Life MPF Online and Mobile App Account will soon be changed to use “Two-Factor Authentication”, a more secure and reliable login method. A one-time verification code will be sent to your mobile no. or email address held by record of China Life Trustees Limited. Verification code (together with the password you have set) will be a must to login.
Please provide your latest mobile no. and/or email address on or before 8 July 2020, to avoid unsuccessful login due to unable to receive the verification code after “Two-Factor Authentication” is launched. You may check or update the relevant information by:
1. Online Account
First click “Login” in the top-right-hand corner of this webpage and then select “Hong Kong MPF” under “Individual”. After login to your account, please click “Member Detail” under the left menu.
2. Submit a Form
Please complete and return the “Amendment to the "Participation Form"” of the corresponding account type.
