How to submit a claim
Should any claimable events covered by the policy occurs, policyholder or beneficiary can submit a claim to China Life (Overseas) according to the guidelines below. After we collect the necessary documents of proof, we will pay the policyholder or beneficiary according to policy terms.
E-Claim
E-Claim service is applicable to Hospitalization Benefit (Inpatient Expenses / Hospital Income), Out-patient Expenses, Accidental Medical Expenses and New Born Baby Bonus, Accidental Benefit (Accidental Medical Expenses/Accidental Weekly Income/Disabilities), Critical Illness, Female Protection, Waiver of Premium and Terminal Illness.
Policyholder can login customer portal (https://cs.chinalife.com.hk) for the online claim application and check application status. Policyholder can submit relevant documents to China Life (Overseas) according to the guidelines below.
If the amount of any medical receipt is HK$10,000 or above, please mail us the original medical receipts and claim form for claim assessment purposes (Applicable for claims for Inpatient Expenses, Outpatient Expenses/ Accidental Medical Expenses).
