Points to Note

1. For Policyholder applies to withdraw Policy Maturity amount, upon receipt of all necessary documents, we will process the Policy Maturity withdrawal application and the amount will be paid only on / or after the maturity date. The process and payment arrangement will be handled within the estimated service processing time based on selected payment method.
2. Policyholder may choose to receive the payment amount by cheque, autopay or Telegraphic Transfer. Telegraphic Transfer is only applicable for payment deposit to the Policyholder’s designated overseas bank account. Policyholder is required to provide the bank account proof (e.g. copy of bank book front page / bank account statements / copy of ATM card (front and back)) for our reference and processing. The copy should clearly shown bank account holder’s full Chinese or English name (i.e. same as policyholder’s name) and account number. Bank charge of Telegraphic Transaction should be borne by the remitter. The time when the Policyholder receives the payment amount will depend on the processing time of the intermediary bank(s)/beneficiary bank or its branches. Normally, it takes 14 working days for the Policyholder to receive the payment amount (from the day following the day of receipt of all necessary documents). However, it may take longer time for payment to countries where exchange control is in place, or if the payment has to go through a number of banks and branches. We do not guarantee the success of remittance.
