How to make amendments to your policy?
Your policy is a legal binding contract. If you wish to amend its content, an application should be made by the policyholder per guidelines stated below. The amendment will become effective only after our approval.

Remarks
- If the premium paid is less than the actual premium payable, the policy holder has to make up the shortfall and accumulated interest; If the premium paid is more than the premium payable, the difference will be reimbursed to the policyholder without interest.

- Copy of valid proof of debt issued by law firm registered in Hong Kong (if the New Policyholder is a Creditor, and only accept Hong Kong resident)
- U.S. tax self-certification form (e.g. W-9, W-8BEN or an equivalent form) (applicable for new owner as U.S. Citizen or a U.S. tax resident and/or may have links to the U.S.)
Remarks
- Effective from the next date of approval.
- New policyholder can only change to:
- The immediate family members of the insured (spouse, parents, daughter/son, siblings).
- The non-immediate family members of the insured (such as parents of the insured's siblings or father or mother-in-law of the insured).
