- Please complete one of the appropriate Direct Debit Authorization forms and return it to us for processing. As it generally takes around 1 months from the date of receipt of this form to set up a direct debit, you are required to pay the premium due by other payment method before autopay becomes effective.
- Upon successful completion of the process, a notice confirming a Direct Debit has been set up will be sent to you. Payments will be deducted from your designated account regularly.
Important Notice:
We have not authorized any person (including insurance intermediary) to collect premium on our behalf. You can make the payment for initial and renewal premiums through the above listed premium payment methods.
